It’s been another amazing week with the Let’s Do 52 project. The group just gets better and better … I love the little community that has formed, everyone so supportive and inspiring. And the photos that have been pouring in are just fabulous! You can see this week’s picks below … yours may be there next week! Don’t forget to pick up the Let’s Do 52 buttons for your blog … both for playing along and for those of you featured on the blog as a Pick of the Week.

If you haven’t already please come join us!! Feel free to jump in at any time … no requirements except shooting and posting a photo a week in the group. There will be an two ideas for a theme given each week … one more abstract and one that can be very literal if you wish … but you can also choose to go out on your own for subject matters. You can be a pro or an amateur … just have a passion for photography and a yearning for some fun and inspiration!! You can check out some more information and tips here at the original post. And be sure to come to our Facebook page, there is always lots of activity going on and you’ll find much support, information and inspiration to be had (not to mention exclusive freebies and offers from time to time). In fact, a new freebie will be going up this coming week for all of you, so don’t miss out.

Also, be sure to check out the first Photo Challenge – What’s My Viewpoint? It was a very informative and creativity stretching exercise that everyone is having a lot of fun with. There is even a free storyboard for blog and Facebook use, so be sure to check it out and play along if you want! Another challenge is coming up soon.

Here is my Week Two photo … the theme was Togetherness. My two girls are the epitome of togetherness … here they are with Miss Eliza June trying to eat her hat and Adeline with an impossible case of the giggles. All it takes for each of them is a glance from the other sister and they are giggling like there is no tomorrow. Baby girl saves her really big laughs for sissy only, and it makes me so happy they have each other!

Join our new group, Let’s Do 52. Anyone is welcome, join anytime.

Our ideas for week three are abandoned and doors. Keep in mind that either of those words could take you to drastically different places with your images depending on how you interpret them. Be as abstract or literal as you wat. Abandoned may bring you ideas of the broken down car in the field out in the country … but what about the treadmill you bought that is now being used as a clothes hanger (ahem, not that I have any personal experience this this, lol). For doors, the most obvious is an actual door … but what about an image of the stack of books you read with your little one every night, opening the door to their imagination? You get the idea!

I would like to ask you to pretty please share this with your friends and readers (original post here). I want to get as many people playing along as we can. The more who play, the more inspiration, support and potential learning experience we’ll all have … and the more fun!! So, please blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc. and invite others to join the fun! We also have some fun blog buttons for you to share your project with others, including a “Pick of the Week” banner for those featured on the blog!

And now for just a small sampling of some of the amazing posts for week one of Let’s Do 52click on image for photographer’s Flickr listing and credits. Your photo could be in next week’s picks!
